A True sample of an excellent Hospitality. The first encounter with Lisa by phone in order to book the stay was very cordial, and she informed us all the detials specific to our stay. Upon reaching the hotel, she made sure that we were comfortable as we traveled with our baby. She was very informative and guided us throughout the stay. Breakfast was delicious with a cozy restaurant setup. The staff were friendly too. We will definitely revisit the hotel.Kudos to Lisa for all the hospitality.

I just found this place when i searched on google maps and we stayed for a night. We are very pleased with our experience. The place is cozy, i assume that it is newly renovated. Room sizes are acceptable but is very clean. The bathroom are sparkly clean as well. The staff at the reception is very welcoming and accomodating. They have a resturant in place so it is very convenient and offer options for food to be delivered to your room. I highly recommend this place if you are in the area, or you plan just to stay overnight for a stop over, you won't regret it.

I made first contact by phone. This first contact was very friendly and professional. I felt confident by the way I was talked to. As a guest I would be welcome and appreciated. Upon arrival, it was made clear I did not make a mistake. On this cold autumn day, the fire burning was like a blast of comfort. Everything was made to make sure I was feeling comfortable. Even the restaurant suggestions were spot on. My room was very comfortable. And very clean. More than expected for the price I paid! I do not often write reviews but this time, I felt like I should. If visiting Les Bergeronnes again, I will definitely return. Oh yes please take the time to drive around on the back roads, hidden nooks and so on. It's a beautiful place!

Location: About 25 minutes away from Tadoussac and there's ample parking. The place: Great little inn that's located in a very quiet area - it wasn't noisy at all even when sleeping with the windows open. I booked one of the superior rooms because I wanted a bit more space and it was the perfect size for one person. I imagine it would also suit a couple. The room had a super comfortable bed, a small closet, a desk, two armchairs, a table and a fridge. Oh, and a Keurig coffeemaker! The two chairs and table came in handy when my friend and I decided to eat in, one night. They also came in handy when I decided I needed to spread out all my gear across the room (=-D. The water pressure was a bit low but the water was piping hot. The rooms (my friend was next door) were super clean and as someone who suffers from many allergies, I can say that I had no issues at all. Service: Friendly. We had no issues checking in or out. We also appreciated that the owners respect public health regulations by enforcing the wearing of masks. We were also told that if we wanted to dine in for breakfast, we would have to show proof of vaccination. Two thumbs from me! Price point: I hate to say this in case I have a hard time booking a room in the future.... but the cost to stay here for two nights was half the cost of staying in Tadoussac, so well worth the 25-minute drive. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this inn.

Pretty swish establishment with an in-house restaurant offering limited but nonetheless very nice meals; 2 mains, 2 desert, 3 beers c$109 tax included. Room very spacious and quiet, king bed, fridge shower/bath, complimentary cafe (no tea), no microwave. Cyclists be warned their are serious hills to get to the front door, still worthwhile.

Our trip was canceled due to the foggy! I started looking for room and found this place on map! Everything was booked but we was lucky (somebody canceled in the last moment their room) ! The hotel clean and our room was like brand new 10$ plus for extra bed (3 of us) Breakfast was amazing (for extra 10$and +) So welcome people! Thank you for having us

We arrived on a Monday evening, when the restaurant was closed and we had to resort to self checkin. It went smoothly though. The following morning we enjoyed a good breakfast and friendly staff. The best was to come in the evening, when we tried the hotel restaurant- probably the best meal we had in Canada but that will be a separate review. A couple of tips: 1) spend a few dollars more to get a bigger room, 2) get the discount code to save 15% on whale watching trip (we didn’t) 3) book the restaurant for the evening

Love love love the room!!! We stayed there for just 2 nights in the month of May. The location was pretty convenient and easy to find using Google maps. The rooms were very cozy. We stayed in a room with the pink tiled bathroom, it was beautiful, cute and comfortable! Highly recommended. There was a restaurant at site which we unfortunately could not get to try. The lady(I believe, one of the proprietor) was so very kind and sweet, she informed me that she had personally designed the bathroom and what a beautiful job she has done. I wish them all the best for the upcoming season. I would highly recommend this place to anyone travelling to Tadoussac, I know I would love to visit them again!!
